Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.

I work two jobs with one being outside of the home and the other is online and at home. I’m a quiet, reliable person who enjoys a peaceful living environment. I’m vegetarian but very relaxed about what others cook or eat. I only drink maybe twice a year and at friends, not at home. I don't smoke, don't do drugs so if you do drugs or smoke then we aren't the right match. I have a police check and hold a working with children employee card as part of my employment outside the home.

I have a well-behaved 10 year old dog. She’s a small Jack Russell-cross (about halfway up your calf), fully trained, calm and gets two walks a day. She’s friendly, but not in your face. She has rented with me her whole life and we were at the one rental for over 8 years, dealing directly with our rental provider. I pick up her waste within hours or immediately if I am there but she mostly just goes when we are out walking.

I have some outside plants (strawberries, herbs and one veg bed that's not very big). There are a few boxed items that can be stored easily if you have a little space. I’m independent, clean and like to keep a tidy home. I’m friendly but generally do my own thing and respect others’ space.

My children are adults now but may visit occasionally. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, exploring business ideas and growing my own food where I can.

I’m looking for a stable, comfortable home with people who are clean and tidy, not a party house or somewhere with visitors calling in all the time.
