Hey! I'm Alice, I’m 30 years old & moving down to Sydney from Brisbane in the new year (flexible with dates but likely the end of Jan). I have close friends living in Potts Point, Double Bay & Bondi but am keen to join a flatshare around those areas with someone likeminded.

I’m easy to live with, clean, friendly and social, but also fairly busy with full-time work and a solid weekday routine. I go to the gym daily and love cooking, getting outdoors, trying restaurants and bars and enjoy spending time with friends. Through the week I work 9-5, either from home or in the CBD (i work flexibly). I like my home to be a calm, peaceful place and take pride in having beautiful space no matter where I live. I own a house in Brisbane so definitely appreciate keeping things clean and the work that goes into maintaining a nice space.

I have a 9 year old miniature dachshund called Scout. She's well behaved, toilet trained & is friendly, quiet, and used to living in an apartment with others. She loves to hang out, snooze and snuggle & will probably end up being your little side-kick if you like dogs.

My budget & timeframes are both flexible pending the right house, location & person. If you have a room with own bathroom & space for a car that would be a huge bonus - but I'm definitely open to street parking & sharing a bathroom with the right person :)
