Hey! I'm Alice, I’m 30 years old & moved to Sydney from Brisbane in January this year. I'm living in Potts Point now but looking for my next place to call home when my lease ends. I have close friends living in Potts Point, Double Bay & Bondi but am keen to join a flatshare around the eastern suburbs with someone likeminded.

I’m easy to live with, clean, friendly and social, but also fairly busy with full-time work and a solid weekday routine. I go to the gym daily and love cooking, getting outdoors, trying restaurants and bars and enjoy spending time with friends.

Through the week I work 9-5, either from home or in the CBD (i work flexibly). Because I work from home a lot, I would like to find a place with room for a desk set up that is preferrably not in my bedroom! I need that work/life separation if possible!

I like my home to be a warm & welcome space, and while I socialise with friends a lot - I'm not looking for a party house that will have loads of people coming and going. I own a house in Brisbane so definitely appreciate keeping things clean, respecting belongings and the work that goes into maintaining a nice space - you won't have to ask me to clean up common areas & such!

I have a 9 year old miniature dachshund called Scout. She's well behaved, toilet trained & is friendly, quiet, and used to living in an apartment with others. She can be a touch clingy, but we have a routine that we are used to for when I go out - so after a small adjustment period she usually settles in quite quickly. She loves to hang out, snooze and snuggle & will probably end up being your little side-kick if you like dogs.

My budget & timeframes are both flexible pending the right house, location & person. If you have a room with own bathroom & space for a car that would be a huge bonus - but I'm definitely open to street parking & sharing a bathroom with the right person :)
