Hello! I’ll be in Sydney from April 2 on a 1-year working holiday. (move-in date flexible)
I’m looking for a clean, peaceful home in a safe neighbourhood with a cosy local vibe.

About me
• Korean, lived in Japan for the past 5 years
• Calm, respectful, and very tidy
• Experienced in share houses and rentals, so I’m considerate with shared spaces

Work
• Fully remote (I help overseas clients buy and renovate homes in Japan, and support Airbnb operations)
• I’m also a writer — I’ve published 4 books in Korea
• I mostly work from my room

Lifestyle
• Non-smoker / rarely drink / not a party person
• Yoga is my main hobby (hoping to teach someday)
• I am going to Australia to improve my English skills and meet people from all over the world
• I love dogs — my family has a 10-year-old toy poodle named Cookie. I’m not bringing a dog, but I’d be very happy in a dog-friendly home!

What makes me a great housemate
• I clean up right away and keep common areas neat
• I’m mindful about noise and neighbours (I manage multiple Airbnb homes, so I take house rules seriously)
