Hi!

I'm Jane, a Gold Coast local who has happily called Bundall home for the past 8 years, however the property I've been renting has recently sold, so I'm looking for a new place to settle in with my handsome chocolate Siamese cross, Louis.

I'm respectful, kind, house-proud & enjoy a balance of friendly conversation & personal space. I'm a non-smoker who'd love a peaceful sanctuary to call home. Above all I value an environment that feels warm, friendly and considerate, the kind where everyone looks out for each other.

Louis is desexed, exceptionally clean and well-behaved, with minimal shedding. He's a sweet little companion, happiest napping in a sunny spot and watching the world go by. He enjoys being nearby, quietly observing whatever's going on, but he's an independent little guy who's just as content doing his own thing.

I enjoy gentle fitness and healthy living while also very much enjoying life - appreciating nature, animals, good conversations, a laugh with friends, and the relaxed coastal pace. I love the theatre, galleries, road trips, good food and the ongoing quest to find a cafe open for a chai after 3pm on the GC. My background is in events and the performing arts. I'm in and out during the day, no late shift work.

My budget is ideally $250-$300 per week with bills included, with the possibility of some leeway for the right place. I require my own private room and own bathroom / en-suite is preferred however not a deal breaker. I have my own bedroom furniture if needed. A healthy home environment is important to me — please no mould or water damage — good airflow and natural light is appreciated.
