Hello! My name is Tiffany. I'm 23 years old and I'm currently a student at USYD. Regarding my lifestyle habits, I usually have a regular schedule. On weekdays, I usually get up at 8 or 9 am and rest around 11:30 am. On weekends, I might be a little later, but I'm very quiet. I pay great attention to hygiene. My room is always kept tidy, and I also take the initiative to maintain the public areas (such as the kitchen and bathroom) - for example, I clean the stove promptly after using the kitchen and take out the trash, and I dry the floor in the bathroom after using it. Before sharing an apartment with friends, we also took turns cleaning the public areas, and we never had any conflicts due to hygiene issues.
Additionally, I am a celibate individual and do not engage in romantic relationships or bring any members of the opposite sex to my home. I have no bad habits such as smoking or excessive drinking, nor do I keep pets. My social life is relatively simple. Occasionally, I will invite female friends to come over and play, but I will always greet my roommates in advance and will control the duration and keep the environment quiet, so as not to make the house noisy.
I think the most important aspect of sharing an apartment is "mutual respect and having a calm discussion when problems arise". If there are minor issues in the future (such as occasionally having different schedules or using shared items), I am willing to communicate and solve them proactively instead of keeping them to myself.
