About us
We are Aina (27) and Eric (28). Aina is a Spanish-Italian PhD Candidate at ANU, and Eric is Italian and works as a receptionist at the A by Adina hotel. We both work full-time and have stable routines.
We are active and outdoors-oriented, enjoying activities such as cycling, running, hiking, kayaking, and basketball, but we also value a calm and well-kept home environment.
We have lived in several countries, including Argentina, France, Scotland, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, and we have over ten years of experience living in shared and rented accommodation. Cleanliness, tidiness, and respect for the property are very important to us.
We are looking for a studio or a one-bedroom flat ($500/week inc. bills or $450/week not inc. bills), but we are also open to a house share with another person if we can have our own bathroom. We are flexible in terms of the length of stay, as well as the move-in date.
