Hey! I’m Nico, 29, Italian–Bolivian 🇮🇹🇧🇴 from Munich 🇩🇪. I’m coming to Melbourne for a PhD research exchange (hydraulic & river engineering).

📍 Preferred areas: close to uni, CBD, Carlton, Fitzroy, North Melbourne, Brunswick, Northcote (or nearby). Ideally max. 15-20min cycling to the center/university.

I’m a warm, easygoing and social person who enjoys sharing everyday life - cooking, chatting, having a drink, checking out art, culture, live music, street food, and sometimes cinema/theatre. I like a mix of chill and active time and doing things together 😊 I also deeply respect and value quiet homestays once in a while.

I enjoy sports & outdoors: calisthenics, bouldering, running, swimming, football, hiking, camping — recently tried surfing or dancing. 🌿

I have years of shared-living experience, I’m organized, communicative, and value a relaxed, positive home. Non-smoker (but fine if others smoke occasionally).
