I’m Nithin, 23, moving to Sydney on February 10th to start my Master’s at the University of Sydney.
I’m an easy-going and respectful person and really value a home that feels calm, clean, and comfortable. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and believe in sharing chores and responsibilities fairly, with open communication so everything stays balanced.
Personality-wise, I’m friendly, thoughtful, and grounded.
I enjoy deep conversations about life, philosophy, and personal growth, but I’m also mindful of personal space and quiet time. I cook regularly, go to the gym, and enjoy spending time outdoors when I can.
I’m looking for a genuine and responsible flatmate who wants a peaceful place to live and is open to building a friendly, respectful living dynamic. Ideally, I’m looking for something in the $200–$300 per week range, depending on the place and location.
