Leisha and Nick

We are a professional couple from the United Kingdom who have recently relocated to Sydney and are excited to establish a long-term home here. We are currently in the interview process for permanent roles that include sponsorship and long-term employment.
Leisha (27) is a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant specialising in contaminated land, and Nick (28) is a Chartered Civil Engineer.
We live a clean, respectful, and relatively quiet lifestyle. We are very active and enjoy running, going to the gym, and long walks, as well as spending time with friends. At the same time, we value our downtime and are considerate of neighbours and our surroundings.
We are seeking a property in a quieter location within Sydney’s central or eastern areas, ideally with convenient access to public transport. We are initially looking for a 2–3 month stay, with a strong interest in extending to a long-term lease (12 months or more) if the opportunity is available and the fit is right.
We are non-smokers and have no pets or children. We would treat the property with care and respect and are happy to provide any additional information required.
