Hi there! I'm Elisa, an Italian girl who's just decided to settle in Sydney on a WHV after spending the past year travelling.
I'm looking for a private room in a bright place to share with no more than 3 people – ideally all girls – who enjoy a relaxed, friendly vibe! Somewhere we can chat, maybe share the occasional dinner or movie night, while still being mindful of each other's space.
I'm very tidy and respectful, and living in a clean, well-kept household is a non-negotiable for me. I love animals, so I'm open to pets, as long as they don't affect the cleanliness of the house.
The ideal solution would be not less than a 3-month rent starting from February 21st, max. 400$ pw bills included. But I'm quite flexible about the move-in date.
