I'm a 28-year-old woman from Newcastle (England) in Australia on a working holiday visa. Looking for a sublet or lease from April onwards - for 3 months, ideally with opportunity to extend.

My career at home is a Social Worker and Psychotherapist, so I'm very aware and respectful of people's needs and boundaries in a houseshare. I've moved around a lot over the years, so lived in all kinds of houseshares before and know the importance of finding the right one.

I currently have a few jobs - gym instructor, personal trainer and yoga teacher at two places, housekeeping and hospitality. So my hours are varied and I spend a lot of time out at work. At home, I really enjoy peace quiet and time to myself, as well as the chance to socialise and connect with my housemates.

I have been a practicing Buddhist for nearly 8 years and this is the most important thing in my life. I like a quiet, comfortable space to meditate in and value clear, straightforward and kind communication (as well as deep convos if you're into those)! Ethics are super important to me, so I make a real effort to build friendship and live in harmony with others. I want to live in a situation where we are mindful and respectful of each other and able to communicate well about any issues.

My interests include gym and yoga (obviously!) and the arts - I'm super into film at the moment, love going to the theatre, enjoy reading and I recently started writing so am getting into that. I ADORE music of all kinds, particularly deep progressive house and love going to see my favourite DJs for a good boogie.

I love connecting with people through a bit of banter and having a laugh, as well as the more serious stuff. I don't mind the odd night out but definitely not looking to move into a party house. Looking for somewhere safe and clean, where I can be myself and feel relaxed ☺️
