Erfan

Hi, I’m Erfan. I’m a software engineer currently working on developing a startup project, so I spend most of my time working quietly from my laptop. I originally grew up in Iran but have lived in Australia for around 10 years.

I keep a healthy routine with regular gym training and want to start running and swimming too. In my free time I enjoy reading, learning languages (currently Spanish), working on technology projects, as well as music, movies, and video games.

I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing, and I prefer a calm and respectful home environment. I’m not a party person and generally keep a consistent routine focused on work, fitness, and cooking.

I’m looking for a comfortable and relaxed place where everyone respects each other’s space. I’m happy to socialise occasionally but also value a quiet home atmosphere. Rent is always paid on time and I’d be happy to stay long-term if it’s a good fit.
