I’m a full-time professional working in the city, currently looking for a place north of the bridge for an easy commute.
I’m pretty active and social but also appreciate my own space. During the week you’ll usually find me at run club, the gym, or out bouldering or playing pickleball. I also enjoy more chill nights, board games, good movies/TV shows, and making a solid matcha 🍵
I enjoy catching up with friends and would be hosting board game and movie nights once settled into a place.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, big on keeping shared spaces nice and easy for everyone.
I’m mindful of noise, especially on weeknights, and communicate openly if anything comes up.
