Ngoc Anh Sarah and Ngoc

Hi! We’re Ngoc Anh (Sarah) and Ngoc, two undergraduate students from RMIT Vietnam University who will be coming to Melbourne for a one-year exchange program starting in July 2026.

We are both responsible, quiet, and respectful tenants. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a very calm lifestyle, no parties or disruptive habits. Our main focus during our stay will be studying and experiencing life in Melbourne while completing our academic program.

We take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and organized, respecting other people’s boundaries, and maintaining a comfortable and peaceful home environment. We are looking for a shared apartment where we can live during our study period.

As students, we value stability, cleanliness, and mutual respect in a home, and we will treat the property with care as if it were our own.
