Hi! We’re two girls based in Brisbane looking for a third person to team up with and secure a 3-bedroom house or apartment together.

We’ve already started going to inspections and have found places we really like, but we need a third person to make it work financially. We’re ready to apply ASAP with the right person.

We’re both clean, respectful, and easygoing. We like a calm, comfortable home environmen. Definitely not a party house, but still friendly and social. We both have work/study commitments and appreciate a tidy shared space.

We also have 3 cats, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets and happy to share a home with them. (Ideally a cat person or someone who’s open to being converted haha)

We’re looking for someone who is:
– Reliable and ready to go on the lease
– Clean and respectful
– Easy to get along with

💰 Budget: $260-300 per week each (flexible depending on the place)
📍 Areas: Inner Brisbane (Ashgrove, Bardon, Paddington, auchenflower, Toowong, Taringa, Milton, red hill, the gap, Petrie terrace)
📅 Move-in: around the 20th of May
