Looking for our own little place in Inner West/ Eastern Suburbs🏡

My boyfriend and I are looking for a granny flat or self-contained 1–2 bedroom apartment to call home, with a budget of up to $650 per week.

We’re both in our 20s, work full-time and are quiet, clean and reliable. We don’t smoke, drink or party, and spend most of our weekends exploring the Blue Mountains.

We’re looking to move in around 1st of November and stay until the end of December, with a good chance of extending until March. We also need one parking spot, either on or off-street.

We’re looking for our own place rather than a room in a shared house or apartment, but we’re also happy to consider a sublet.
