I'm a single 30-year-old woman on a working holiday, looking to move into a cozy new home from early August for a minimum stay of 3 months (open to long-term). I am hoping to find a spot in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is within a 15-minute walk of a train station, and ideally close to a park or a library.

I enjoy light cooking and exploring local cuisine—I'd love to live with housemates who enjoy cooking and sharing meals together occasionally!

When I'm not reading, watching movies, or playing board games, you can find me relaxing at home. I am currently looking for a job and plan to work standard daytime hours, so I would love to find a peaceful home where everyone respects a quiet night environment.

For the room, I’m open to a shared room but definitely prefer a private room. If it’s a master room, my budget is up to $400 per week (including all bills). I'm looking for a place equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, air conditioning, and unlimited Wi-Fi. To be mindful of electricity, I usually do laundry and use the dryer efficiently about twice a week.

I am a non-smoker and definitely not a party person; I usually go to bed early and keep things quiet at night. Clean and tidy spaces are my jam, so I always clean up after myself and love keeping shared spaces as tidy as my own room. While I'm very respectful of boundaries and privacy, I'm always down for a friendly chat in the kitchen.

I highly prefer an all-female flat, but I am more than happy to share with anyone who is clean, respectful, and minds the house rules.
