We lease properties directly from owners on a fixed 12-month agreement, offering guaranteed weekly rent — often up to 20% above market rate (subject to property suitability). Once leased, we take full responsibility for furnishing, guest selection, cleaning, and day-to-day management.

Our guests are carefully vetted and are typically professionals, students, or individuals relocating to the area — not short-term party stays. We maintain all properties to a high standard with regular cleaning and ongoing upkeep.

For owners, this means reliable income, no vacancy risk, and zero involvement in tenant management — we act as your long-term corporate tenant.
