My name is Richard :) I work full time in a bookstore, & in my spare time I enjoy cooking, music, films, & going for walks. I also have 2 indoor cats, who like to sit on my lap while I read.
My current lease ends at the end of July, so I am looking for somewhere I can move to by that time, ideally near public transport &/or the city. I'm very mindful of keeping places neat, clean, & giving people their space, but of course am always happy for a chat also.
Would love find a room soon, especially a studio or affordable 1 bedroom, or even a small flatshare, provided they are okay with indoor cats. My budget more or less caps at $500.
