I'm a non-binary person looking for housing in Melbourne I'm broadly open to arrange of areas, I'm new to Melbourne after relocating from Perth.
I am quiet, considerate and respectful of privacy and boundaries, though also warm and amiable. I like to treat everyone as a casual friend. I'm communicative and work well in collaborative environments and communities. I'm helpful and community oriented. I currently get some casual work in translation and the arts but am looking for more stable employment in the community and services sector. I would also like to resume part time study when I have secured more stable accommodation. I volunteer sometimes too.

I'm hoping to find a place in the near future, roughly between mid June and mid july.
I'm prefering somewhere furnished, but could get furniture if needed. I have some small items of my own, just a small cabinet and a chest I use to store finished art and calligraphy pieces but they don't take up much space. I'm flexible about lease lengths, hoping for something medium or long term in the long term but content with something short term for now. I'm also open to a short term trial and renegotiating once we confirm a good fit.
