Hi, I’m Tu’i, a 28-year-old Australian looking for a long-term place to call home, ideally for 9 months or longer.
I currently work part-time and also operate a photography business, which keeps me busy outside of work. In my spare time I enjoy fitness, photography, volunteering, learning about languages, and exploring different cultures and perspectives.
I’m clean, organised, respectful, and easy to live with. I genuinely enjoy maintaining a tidy home and always do my part when it comes to cleaning shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and prefer a peaceful, relaxed household environment.
I’m a good mix of social and independent. I’m happy to have a chat with housemates and be part of the household, but I also respect people’s privacy and personal space.
I come from a large family and am the oldest of eight siblings and 52 first cousins, which taught me responsibility, patience, and consideration for others from a young age. While I have strong family connections, I highly value the privacy and comfort of a share house and would not be having family members regularly visiting the property.
I’m also quite handy and happy to help out with general maintenance, gardening, assembling furniture, basic household repairs, and other practical tasks around the home when needed.
I’m currently relocating after the conclusion of a previous room-rental arrangement. Prior to that, I rented another room for approximately a year. I maintain positive relationships with both previous landlords and can provide rental references if required. They would be happy to speak on my behalf regarding my reliability, cleanliness, and conduct as a tenant.
I’m looking for a stable, respectful household where I can settle in long-term and focus on work, growing my photography business, and continuing my personal goals.
If you think I might be a good fit for your home, I’d love to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.
