Hi, my name is William. I work in Commercial Property Management so I understand from both sides how important it is to look after a property properly, pay rent on time, communicate clearly, and respect the home.

I would describe myself as reliable, tidy, considerate, and pretty house-proud. I like my home to feel clean, calm, comfortable, and well looked after. I am not a party-house type of person. I enjoy a peaceful home environment where everyone respects each other’s space, keeps shared areas clean, and communicates openly if anything comes up.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and keeping a good routine. I am friendly and easy to get along with but I also value quiet time at home to relax and reset.

I am looking for a place that feels like home, not just somewhere to stay. I would treat the property with care and respect, report any maintenance issues properly and do my part to keep the home in great condition.
