Good day! I’m Elisa, a 36 years old international student relocating from Europe to Brisbane at the end of August. I am starting my Master’s package at Torrens University Australia in September.
I am looking for a private room with my own bathroom (Ensuite), self contained studio or a cozy Granny Flat starting September 1st. My budget is around $300 - $350 / week (including all bills and Wi-Fi), with the rental agreement to be official and the bond to be legally lodged with the RTA.
As I don’t have a car, I prefer locations with a direct train line or Busway connection to Fortitude Valley.
Since I will be balancing my research studies and part-time work, I highly value a quiet, tidy, and peaceful home environment. I don't smoke, don't party, and always respect personal boundaries, privacy, and house rules. I am looking for a stable, respectful place to focus and settle into my new Brisbane life. I’m also a cat lover, so I don’t mind having also a meow flatmate 😁
My husband will be joining me later, in about 6 months, so I am ideally looking for a place where a mature couple is welcome down the line (happy to adjust the rent for utilities once he arrives) or a place just for myself for 6 months only.
