Hi, I am Mollalign! 👋
I am moving to Melbourne from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to study at RMIT's city campus; I arrive in early September, and I am looking for a friendly, respectful home to settle into for my first year.
A bit about me: I am 34, easy-going, and pretty low-maintenance as a housemate. I take my studies seriously, so on weekdays you will mostly find me at uni or studying quietly at home. I am tidy, I clean up after myself in shared spaces, and I am always happy to do my share of the household jobs.
I love cooking if you have never tried Ethiopian food, fair warning: injera and doro wat may appear in the kitchen, and you are welcome to some! I am a non-smoker, drink socially, and I keep reasonable hours.
Since I am new to Australia, I would really value living with people who are open and friendly. I am keen to learn how things work here, and in return you will get a reliable, considerate flatmate who pays rent on time and treats the place like a home, not a hotel.
Feel free to message me, and happy to video call before anything is decided so we can see if we're a good fit
