Hi, I am a full-time engineer early 20s working in the Melbourne CBD who is motivated by my work, hobbies and having a balanced lifestyle. I'm looking for a long-term lease (9+ months), a carpark and maximum two other roommates. I enjoy mornings, with a routine to manage my hobbies, work and chores. I am very organised and my previous roommates know me for keeping the house clean and tidy all the time. I have shared a house with two roomates for the last 8 months, and previously with two students on a 6-month exchange overseas. I am a huge coffee lover and enjoy sports whether its running, hiking or Taekwon-Do. When sharing a house I'm down for a chat but enjoy my quiet space. In my spare time I am exploring nature, the local coffee/book shops and markets, drawing/painting portraits and practising my violin for orchestra.
