Hey! I’m Tyler, a 25-year-old actuary working full-time in the city. I’m originally from Australia and have lived in Sydney for the past few years.

I’m friendly, clean and respectful, and pretty easygoing to live with. I work fairly long hours during the week and tend to be out and about a lot — usually catching up with friends, running, playing sport or exploring somewhere new.

I’m looking for a comfortable, clean place with friendly and respectful housemates. I enjoy having a chat and being social, but can also appreciate having my own space and downtime. Ideally looking for somewhere that feels relaxed and easy to call home.
