Looking for a room
around the Gold Coast

Hi everyone,
I am a Carpentry student looking for a comfortable room to stay in for my studies.

I’ve been living on the Gold Coast
for over 2 years
and have plenty of experience sharing houses with people
from diverse backgrounds (Australian, European, Asian, etc.).

I am very quiet, responsible, and always respect everyone's space.

Since I am a carpentry student,
I usually head out early in the morning
and look forward to relaxing when I get home.

✅️ What I’m looking for:

💰 Budget: $300 - $350 per week (including bills preferred)
🗓 Duration: 3 - 6 months
🇦🇺 Location: Ideally around Ashmore or tram-nearby suburbs of the Gold Coast
🚗 Parking: I have a car, so easy parking (on-street or off-street) is
essential.

I'm always looking to live with nice, friendly houseowners and housemates.
