Hey, I’m a 29-year-old guy working full time. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, out for a run, catching up with friends over good food, or getting away for the weekend. I’m also a big sports fan.

I’m super easygoing and like a home that feels relaxed and comfortable. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing and giving everyone their space.

I have flexibility to work from home and prefer around 2–3 days a week, any spaces for a separate office setup would be a huge tick, if not i can just boost to the office.

No pets or kids, and generally just looking for a good place with people who are friendly, respectful and easy to live with. Happy to socialise, grab a drink or feed together, or just keep things low-key depending on the vibe.
