Hey ladies!

My name is Mimi. I’m 23 and about to graduate from my law degree! I'm currently working casually, but will be beginning full-time work in the New Year.

My lease ends at the end of November so I'm putting the feelers out for an unfurnished room in a sharehouse/apartment that will be available between mid-november and the 30th of November. I’d also be totally keen to meet up with 1-2 other girls who would like to apply to some properties together. I do have two years of share house experience. In terms of stay length, I can be flexible. I would love a 12 month lease but could definitely do a 6 month as well.

My budget is $320 and under, inclusive or exclusive of bills. I'm casting the net fairly wide so areas I’m looking at include: St Lucia, Toowong, Taringa, Milton, Auchenflower, New Farm, Teneriffe, Hawthorne, West End, East Brisbane, Highgate Hill, South Brisbane, Indooroopilly, Paddington and surrounds.

I’m a big reader, love pilates, baking, history and romantic films.As a housemate, I’m clean, reliable, and considerate. I appreciate my downtime, but I’d love to be genuine friends with my housemates. Once I get comfortable, I’m very chatty!
