I'm looking for a warm, welcoming and uncomplicated place to live, with reliable Wi-Fi and ideally all bills included. I'm also happy to consider shared billing arrangements, provided they're reasonable and straightforward.
Easy access to public transport is essential. Ideally, somewhere within a 10–15 minute walk of a train or metro station, as I prefer a simple, convenient commute without multiple transport connections.
Unfortunately, I can't live with cats due to severe cat allergies.
However, I'm a big dog lover, so if you have a furry canine companion, that's definitely a bonus in my books! 🐾
