** Seeking a furnished room within 10-15min from Pyrmont/Cammeray with 1-2 likeminded Flatmates **

As I work/study from home 1-2 days a week, my bedroom has to be big enough to fit a double bed, BIW/wardrobe and desk & chair. It also needs to have a big window and a sunny view!

I prefer living with responsible, mature flatmates (ideally 30’s +) who respect each other's space and likes to keep the common areas clean, neat and tidy. Even if we all do own thing, we're friendly & likeminded to chat or share a movie/meal now and then. We are all happy to contribute to smooth running of the house and are positive people that are easy to get along with.

I am willing to stay longer-term for the right people and place :-)

Hi there! :-)

If you are looking for a great flatmate that's easy-to-get-along with... that's me! Responsible, Clean, friendly and positive. As most of us, I'm rather busy with work and study, so not much of a 'party' person at home. I like my place to be haven where I enjoy hanging and chilling out.

Although I have a Business degree and have worked in Marketing for over 15 years, I've switched to a more caring profession in the last years. In fact, I work as a Results Coach and a Fitness Manager. So I'm passionate about helping people change their lives! (Maybe my healthy habits might rub off on you too!). Because of my work, I also hold a current Police Certificate and Working with Children Check so you know I am trustworthy person :-)

In my free time, you'll find me hanging out at the gym, socialising with friends at restaurants or conscious events, studying coaching, dancing and going on beach/water walks. I also enjoy most types of music, movies, books and travel.
