Mature age quiet woman, seeking a nice, clean, low-key place to share with another same, for team up. I have some of my own furniture, I'm seeking someone else that wants to set up a tidy, clean, independent and homely place. I'm hoping to move in with another same at the end of 2022.

My preferred location and time-frame are both flexible, but it's important to get to know someone first. I'm not one to have a heap of people around but open to a bbq/dinner if the occasion arises. I am focusing on my studies that are ending soon, so I am a bit of a bookworm.

I'm a great housemate because you don't have to think about money coming from me. I'm financially secure, organised and focused, with a range of interests. I keep to myself mostly depending on common interests, and I like my life drama free.
