Im a kiwi girl that’s been living on the Gold Coast since 2011. I am a little bit of a clean freak I always clean up after myself. Im a very friendly person and like making new friends, I’m usually pretty shy at first but I get over that pretty fast and can be very outgoing once I get to know you. I always pay my rent on time I work two part time jobs and am a very reliable and honest person to live with. I’m more of a stay at home and binge watch shows until my eyes fall out kind of person but I don’t mind going out for a few drinks or coffee or whatever, might be good for me to get out every now and again and socialise. That pretty much sums me up there’s more for sure but if you take me in as your housemate you will find that out more along the way.

I'm a fairly quiet sort of bloke. Recently separated after 20 years so it's fair to say that I have no social life... I'm into adventure motorcycling so there will be a number of weekends where I'm just not around. I like to read, cook and ride (although I try not to do them all at the same time).
Dan and I, we work full time as health professionals. We would prefer a 3 month contract, with flexability to extend. Due to our plans to buy our own house, hopefully it will be ready to move in May/ June 2018. We are searching for a short lease, we didn't want to sign up to another 12 month lease; reasons already mentioned. We are a friendly married couple ( Dan and I have been together for 16 years). We have never had any issues in any previous rentals and we can provide good references if required. We will respect the landlord rules and will keep the property clean and tidy, we are good at paying our rent on time. Our preference would be a nice grannie flat, however we would also consider a spacious room with internet, ensuite, balcony and a TV ariel connection. When we are not working we like to go out walking, running, going the gym,socialising, camping or just chilling at home. We would like to move in around the 1st of March 2018. Hi Guys, I've been writing cover letters all day so I'm going to keep this as short and sweet as I can. Recently left my sales + marketing job in city... Was 100% commission and felt the need for something more secure. Am currently looking for work and had a few interviews this week so hoping to hear back soon. I have savings and have also been granted centrelink so please don't fret too much about rent. I can assure you I am very reliable and can connect you to my previous property managers/flat mates should you feel the need to investigate. Moved into my partners family home 6 months ago (full house of 13) and desperately need some privacy and space. Although my ad says 4 months, length of stay is negotiable. 1-2months Min after that I will be actively looking for my own home to accommodate me and my partner. Clean freak thanks to my mum - I swear she has ocd. I'm not as anal as her but do pride myself on keeping everything neat, tidy and sterile. Would like someone like minded. I enjoy reading and writing and normally keep to myself although conversation is always welcomed. I love food. Cooking it, eating it and feeding it to others. Food is my sanctuary. I will smoke socially but don't very often by myself unless I'm having a really bad day or am super stressed. Would appreciate someone who respects other people's property, I would never touch something that doesn't belong to me unless I've been given authority to. I honestly thought this was common sense but find myself having to remind people constantly. Want to move asap. For 150pw house needs to include utilities. Trying to save for new car.
