Hey Im 23, im looking for somewhere for me and my fully trained tabby cat. Hes no hassle, he sleeps all day on my bed and goes outside all night to explore until sunrise usually. I previously lived alone in a new townhouse for the past two years but my lease ended recently leaving me bunking at my mums but only tempararily. Bills were always paid ontime & house was always clean. People would describe me as a Social, bubbly humourous person. I just consider myself a nutbag haha. Or just unqiue. Never a dull moment would be the best way to put it. Im looking for somewhere that is rather relaxed and outgoing people that dont mind having a laugh and/or potentionally become proper mates. Although, id still settle for the odd hello when passing eachother in the halls lol im not one to make it awkward, im pretty loud and people dont take long to feel comfortable around me. Usually im a home body alot of the time.. But i do enjoy going to the pub or playing pool or a few drinks at home with friends. I have all my own bedroom furniture. I did sell alot of the big things but i do also have an extra tv (loungeroom), Dryer and a fridge which are being stored at a relatives until i find somewhere to live and can store it or use it. I can cook & and i sing as well (very musical family) you may hear me beltin a tune in the shower every now and then. Overall im a pretty chilled gal & make friends real easily. If ya think we may suit you, please give me a message 😊
Honest reliable and friendly clean and helpful always respectful and responsible and willing to help with things
We are energetic positive people who are genuine hardworking and reliable and both are honest and very outgoing (headstrong/ very motivated)couple. Both are very easy-going happy people. We like alot of the normal things that most people do. We like to spend time catching up with some of our close friends for a weekend barbecue and drinks and watch a good game of footy. We like going out to movies and dinner but nothings better than to just relax and chill at home doing homely stuff and when the weather is nice being outside in the garden in the sunshine
This is not just a room to rent in "someone else's" house. It is an equal co-tenancy arrangement, where you would have full run of the house. The bedroom is a large master b/r, with walk in robe and ensuite. There is also a second small study / lounge which would suit a student. Ideal location, with a 3 minute drive to the Village Shopping Centre, and short walk to Cobbler Creek Conservation Park, with excellent nature walks. Easy bus transport, via O-Bahn to city, with bus stop only 50 meters from the door. The house is spacious and neat, with security alarm, solar panels, central heating, ducted air conditioning, barbecue / outdoor setting, undercover parking and shed. Internet available by negotiation.
Two storey property - the property has been updated and modernised significantly since the photos were taken (taken off of realestate.com.au). The photo of bedroom is room for let, plus photo of dining and 2nd living room would be your area too. Separate living room. Own bathroom. Internet included. Due to the floor plan set up, can live very autonomously. Solar system installed - which reduces the electricity. Garage with some gym equipment.
I'm super chill about basically anything as long as everyone cleans up after their own mess. I play video games, listen to music, cook good food and go to the gym; whenever I'm not working. I'm pretty open minded and willing to try new things or go out for a drink on the weekend. Looking for someone to live with for at least 12 months with close access to the O-Bahn (or near the city) as I work in the CBD. Hoping to move around July 25- August 7(at latest). If you want to catch up for a drink just to chat about the possibility and see if we can mesh well, message me here or send a text Cheers
I'm 60 yo divorced male working full time in the construction industry. Early starter 5-6 days per week. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker. Neat, clean and responsible. I also teach English as second language part-time. Easy to get along with, like keeping things neat and tidy, don't mind doing housework and am quiet. Into photography, movies, learning a new language, and travelling overseas when I can.
Respectful to others and their property, love to have a laugh. I am always up for a chat or social get-together and at the same time can keep to myself/ give you your space as needed. I work full time, I am fully domesticated(took a while, but we got there!),neat and tidy(not OCD!) and expect similar surroundings. I don't smoke and enjoy the outdoors, I rather sit in front of a fire than a TV!
Hey im Kurt! I'm 22 and looking for a place to live as my current lease has come to an end! I am moving into an apartment mid to late September so am looking for something temporary, about 3 - 4 months. I'm looking for a room to rent with a few house mates in a local area around my work. I work at Reece Plumbing in sales and love my job, I work 5-6 days a week usually between 7 - 5. I'm gay so would prefer the housemates to be LGBT friendly. I prefer to go to my friends house's also rather then them come to mine, so no need to worry about parties but to be able to have a friend over from time to time would be great! I'm not a big drinker but happy to live in house hold that does. I don't smoke, i'm clean, neat, easy to get along with and am looking forward to find a place to beginning my next step in life! I have willing to have as much or as little to do with current occupiers, I do like my own space but being a social person I love to have a chat! Hit me up if my profile interest you and I sound like a suitable house guest. I have lived in a number of share houses, am extremely flexible and easy to get along with.

I am 32 y.o male and I am going to move to Adelaide for my full time employment which will start at the end of July. I am a nice and flexible guy who usually like living quietly and care about other people's personal space and privacy.
I'm a student from Germany and I will do a six month internship at the Future Industries Institute of the UniSA (Mawson Lakes) in the field of Analytical Chemistry. Most of my time I love doing things by my own or spending time with other people, chatting, joking, playing games or talking about god and the world, because I'm a born again christian ;-). I'm an organized person, but also very flexible. Besides meeting people I spend my free time often with playing piano, being outside and doing sports, reading or discovering new things If you are a communicative person, who does not live in a flat share just for saving money, we'll be a good match ;-)
I am a quiet single man on a disability pension who has previously cared for my elderly mother. I enjoy gardening and home maintenance, cooking going for walks and watching AFL.
