I am a 22 year old mechanic from England. I am coming over to work in Perth for Mercedes. I am looking for a shared property from the end of September. My work is near the airport and I don't like massive commutes so close as possible would be nice. I will be working full time and possibly shift work on occasions. The greenery with 2 bunny queens ruling in the big backyard soothes the mind. So near to the airport yet not much affected by flight takeoffs and landings. Common sense to keep our home secure by remembering to lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Special request to please remove outdoor shoes when entering the property to maintain the cleanliness. Indoor slippers and backyard slippers are provided if required. Please clean up after yourself, wherever you are! Minimum noise after 10pm please. No strangers in the house, unless agreed with me at least 1day in advance. It is a safe environment for students , it has air conditioning and is fully furnished . It is not a party house and would prefer those that are not in party mode . We have a bus route that links to the Midland train station . We have Midland Gate shopping centre 10 min away .We will always be respectful to our tenants and expect the same in return. I write classical music and don't like loud music playing. I work from home selling online and can keep some late hours. I can practice the piano for half an hour while you are out. The garden is very wild with at least 2 resident quendas. The neighbours are nice. We have got both a wireless and wired lan running now for internet and an ip phone which you can borrow if you need to wait for a long time on a local call to a government department. There is a wood pot belly stove for heating the lounge room and we are planning to connect gas for hot water and cooking. I bought new beds in July 2014. One queen, one double and one single. They are still like new. Gooseberry Hill is about half an hour from Perth CBD. If they are doing roadworks on a route, you can choose alternate routes. There should be two following the massively upgraded freeways and there are other routes if you learn to follow the old established roads.

My home is a 4 x 1 in a very quiet street in the foot of the hills of Perth. The house is very secure with a carport that can fit 2 cars and solar powered front gates. The room you will be renting is the largest bedroom in the house away from the other bedrooms and has its own split system for heating or cooling. The room is partially furnished but if you have your own bed or other furniture it can be arranged. TV point in bedroom should you need it and room big enough for its own sofa or couch or any seating. Large shed at the back if you need to store anything. There is a large living area with a kitchen table and some lounges, tv and foxtel. Located 13 minutes or 10km to airport and about 5 minutes to Midland gate shopping centre.
