My priorities are safety, clear communication, trust and a calm, clean, peaceful home environment.
I'd prefer to be NOR to be close to family and events. Currently working from home in 3D design and animation, occaisionally doing work at music events. I have a steady income and am reliable and on time with rent and bills.
I enjoy shared times for games, chats, communal meals, etc to bond with other housemates, but also like to spend a lot of time on my own projects independently. I'm quiet and easy going, would like the option to have my partner or a friend over to visit now and then. Other than that I'd rather go out to socialise than have parties or gatherings at home, the most I would like is a chill board games night or similar. I'm not really a party person, but if I go out to socialise I would prefer to go to a music event and come home to a quiet house.
I make music (with headphones on) and graphic art both on my computer, I do circus arts like juggling, and enjoy lots of different art and craft mediums, and am always happy to share my hobbies and try to teach if someone is interested. I am learning to crochet and am starting to do yoga and more active/outdoor activities regularly like gym, mountain biking and hiking, and would be a bonus if future housemates want to share in any of these activites.
Would love a vegan/vegetarian home but not essential.
