$300/week•46 year old woman
I'm 46, outgoing, well traveled woman who loves running and reading, but also wine with cheese. I work full time as a medical researcher. I enjoy a clean, easygoing house vibe and like to stay busy. I don't have kids but I have 2 rescue bunnies, they live in a crate and are used to dogs, they are really easy and have great personalities. I am looking for a place for 6 to 12 month from the end of Oct (flexible) on the train or tram line to the city, happy to share the lease. I will be working in the city and commuting back to Melbourne from time to time for weekends. I have a business and a home in Melbourne. I would not require any help with the bunnies they are my entire responsibility 🤗

28y/o Female looking for a room to rent in Adelaide city or surrounding suburbs close proximity outside cbd - preferably sharing with only 1 other person; 2 people max. My life took a 180 thus I am starting fresh and want to give city lifestyle a go as I do not have any dependents or pets. I generally Like to keep to myself due to being fairly introverted (need my space to refresh); but I can also be social and am an open minded person. I'm very easy going, kind hearted/friendly. most importantly, I am neat and tidy and respect my rentals as if it were my own home. With consent, I will most likely clean up after my potential housemate especially if they work full time and do manage to leave a bit of a mess occasionally. I’m available to move in immediately; however, for the right place, I can definitely wait a little longer. Furthermore, I’m open to any length of lease 1 - 12 months. Kind regards ☺️ Kayla

To the Property Manager, My name is Dedevi Afi Agbali and I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself and my family to you. I’m a single mother, my son Desmond was born on the 7th of August 2020 and we are now looking for a new house to call home. Currently, we are renting a property privately located in Semaphore Park. We have been living and caring for this home since November 2024. Prior to this we lived with family in their rental property located in Woodville North 5012. I currently pay $630 weekly towards rent and have always paid my bills on time, I am confident that my current property manager has given me a glowing review as I am an ideal tenant. I have been working casually at Creativ Minds as a Mentor earning roughly $800 fortnightly depending on availability while enjoying my role as a full-time parent. I have been actively job seeking to increase my current employment to part time. My son is due to start school in 2026; it is my intention to gain full time employment once I have increased availability. I worked full time previously at Community Nursing SA but stepped back into casual employment to focus on parenting, on occasion I receive shifts from them as I was a valued full-time employee and have built a strong foundation in the community services sector. When I return to working full time I am looking forward to working in a role that aligns perfectly with my values of dedication, compassion, and advocacy for people with disabilities. While working casually I am also receiving Centrelink with a single parenting payment allowance and family tax benefits. My payment from Centrelink is currently $1530 fortnightly, this income adjusts alongside my fortnightly working hours and can change if they increase therefore my primary income would become my salary. In my free time I enjoy reading and crocheting, I’m passionate about keeping a clean home and work diligently to maintain and safe, tidy environment. We are very conscientious people, and I understand the responsibilities of being a reliable tenant. As a single mother I take pride in our home environment and work hard to maintain a clean, safe place for Desmond to grow. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Warm Regards, Dedevi Agbali
