Hey, everyone, i am looking to find a good roommate to start a two bedroom apartment with! My budget is about 200-220 a week and I am interested in the nicer places. I am currently living in an old unit with my cousin but I'm really tired of it an am ready to move to a better place and my only problem is finding a good roommate. Here is a little about me. I am an engineering student at Monash and am busy most of the time. I go uni then I'm busy with work and gym and for the time I'm home I'll probably be busy cooking, studying or making music. The downside is that I am extremely clean! lol Like I can't stand a dirty kitchen, toilet or house! And I don't wear shoes or walk in with my shoes inside the house. Idk if that's bad or good but I am clean and expect the people living with me to be clean as well. If that is a thing you can get on board with, we should be all good in all the other departments! I don't want us to be like strangers, I want us to live in the house together and be friends! I am a socializer so it is hard for me to not interact with someone whom I'm living with :D You will like me, haha Trust me! I am open to meet people and go from there! :) (I only want student roommates, Even better if they are at Monash too) Peace
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs/move date). :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender. I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.)
Isabella - Full time student studying Law at Deakin, been working part time at a warehouse for 2 years now. I've lived on campus for 3 years and been slumming it up with my parents for the last year or so to save that $$. James - apprentice plumber working all over Melbourne, loves footy, cricket and having a couple beers on a Friday night. Super chill and easy going. Living with us would look a lot like me doing shift work 3-4 times a week, and with James working during the week and being out on Saturday playing cricket. We're both habitually clean but aren't anal about mess. We're probably looking for another couple to live with as it's usually easier that way. We also have a border collie puppy, she's an outdoor dog and is super friendly and quiet and will need some what of a backyard.

I'm very respectful and good at adapting around people, and learning their traits. I can be quite talkative sometime though. I'm queer and I was brought up in a very dysphunctional environment so I have become very independent.

The usual clean, tidy, considerate and all that stuff. I'm into movies, TV, footy and love all things music. My weekends usually consist of drinking with mates and going to gigs.
Professional and sorted guy who is chilled and easy to live with.
Hello! I'm from Alaska and about to move to Melbourne on a working holiday visa for an undetermined amount of time, around 4-6 months or more potentially. I'm currently living in New Zealand traveling and working while living in my car so I'm excited to move into a real bedroom. I'm ideally looking for a place without a cat as I am allergic. I'm a respectful, social and tidy person, and I plan on working full time as soon as I arrive. I enjoy almost all things outdoors, video games, and going on adventures.
**Looking for a house that doesn’t mind a BBQ during summer or a Sunday session but understands personal space, is relatively clean and is considerate of other people** I'm a 29 year old (F), Exercise Physiologist working full time in Hawthorn. I play footy for Box Hill Hawks. Hi, I'm Sean, 23 years old, I work full time at my university and I also study full time. I'm into health & fitness, trying new restaurants, going to the movies, socialising & TV show binging. I'm a pretty chilled out guy and would be happy to make friends with whoever I end up living with.
Hi, I am Erin - a 30 y/o professional female - relocating back to Melbourne. I will be staying with family until I find the right place, so no rush! I am super friendly, respectful, outgoing, courteous and clean. I would prefer to have just one housemate, now I am getting a little older, but would be open to more. I spend a lot of time at work or at the gym - or out for brunch with friends - my home is more like my sanctuary, where I escape it all. I will be travelling a fair bit for my job - so I am searching for a trustworthy, professional housemate that I can share a home with when I am in Melbourne, and not away. I have done the housemate thing plenty of times - so know the ropes pretty well :) Let me know if you think I would be an ok fit to your dynamic home :)

I'm a full time student, I work part time in a pastry kitchen on my days off of school. I am generally a quiet person. I respect people's privacy and personal space. I consider myself a considerate person as I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and the bathroom. Pretty much as house-trained as anyone can be! :)

Hello Future Housemates, My name is Kimberley. I'm 30. Chemical Engineer by trade and work in Emergency Services. Work in the city. I am fairly social. Avid gym goer, yoga student, baker and tea connoisseur. Keen for a cuppa and chat but know and respect other people's time. Have lived in share houses before so I am house trained and respectful. I do work nights and weekends from home on occasion so I would like a spot that has big enough for me to have a tiny home office and a spot for the car. Look forward to hearing from you soon! Blessings, Kim
Hi there! I'm a 20 year old girl from Italy and I'm looking for a share house in Melbourne, ideally, not too far from the city and close to public transport. About me: I've been living in Australia for about a year, I'm easy going, tidy and respectful of others. I'm usually more comfortable with people older than me. I love socializing out and at home, but also like my own space and respect others' privacy. I work as a nanny/live out au pair in Footscray, but my real passion is cooking and I'd like to start working back in a kitchen soon. In my time off, I like reading, meeting friends for coffee, and movies. I would be more than happy to have a chat if you would be interested. Please note, I'm looking for someone or people to share with, not just a room to rent. Ideally, I'd like a situation where flatmates have a chat together now and then, share a glass of wine or watch a movie together. Hope to hear from you soon. kind regards, Valeria

Originally from NSW I moved to Melb last year after a stint in London, and am now looking for a new place as my current lease is almost up! I'm always down for a gin, a yoga class or a sneaky smashed avo ~ i try to care about health, like to talk politics (even though most goes far over my head) and will be your one-stop shop for everything re sustainability.
