Me (28) and my friend Polly (27) are from London who have moved to Melbourne looking for a place to live together. We’re both on a working holiday visa planning to make it permanent here. I’m a Graphic Designer and Polly is in the Marketing and Advertising industry. We’re both easy going people, looking for a clean and calm place to live. We’re both social and love to mingle but also love chilling at home and like our downtime. Both are big foodies - love to eat and cook. Always down for cooking a meal together, catching up over a drink or film or both…We are respectful people who are considerate of others and appreciates people who are clean and tidy in a shared space. Eager to find a place by mid - end August.

James
$250/week•37 year old man
Hey all my name's James. I am a 37 year old male originally from New Zealand but have chosen to make Australia my home. I have been in Australia for over three years now. I arrived in Melbourne worked and had a blast before moving to the Gold Coast and the Gold Coast as it was always a dream of mine to visit but ended up staying about a year. I’m now back in Melbourne to be closer to my younger brother. I am currently staying at a backpackers in St Kilda but I am over sharing a room with up to 11 other people and just want my own space again. I am a pretty chill individual whose background is in IT repair but while I was in the Gold Coast I found my love for hospitality work and I am currently working part time as a Kitchen hand/dishwasher at the Sporting Club Hotel while looking for a full time dishy gig. In my downtime you will find me playing games on my Nintendo switch or 2DS, listening to music, watching movies and TV shows and just being your typical nerd haha. Things I can bring to the house share free IT repairs and consultancy for all housemates. A chill vibe, a willingness to help out others in need when I am able and do my part to keep where I live clean and tidy. I am always up for a game or movie night and I am happy to contribute to the house in any way that I can. Location wise I'm not too picky ideally I would like somewhere within a 45 minute tram ride or train ride from my job in Brunswick but as long as I can make it to work and home at the end of the night then I’m happy. My budget is around 1000 a month plus bills and I have money set aside for all initial move in costs. I am looking to move by the end of the month. Thanks for reading I look forward to hearing from all genuine offers.

Hey there! I'm a 26-year-old who loves gaming, drag, escape rooms, and hiking. I work full time and prefer living in a studio. I'm LGBT+ and enjoy the occasional house party. Tidiness is key for me, and I'm quite extroverted. I am a non-smoker with no pets or kids and would like to live with one or two other people at least :) ( my hair is also much longer now that it is in the picture I just don’t have anything more recent )

Johnson and Christina
$700/week•26 year old man and woman
Hey! So I'm looking for a place with my partner and my younger sibling. I'm pretty busy most of the time so I'm not one of those people who's constantly around the house, but when I am home, I keep things tidy. My friends and past housemates always comment on how spotless I keep my space. It's just how I am. I can't stand mess (especially in the kitchen) and I genuinely like having everything organized and clean. I'm also super reliable with rent and bills, since I am the one usually taking care of them. My partner Christina is a real homebody, and loves her indoor plants. She is amazing at setting up any place into a fun, cozy home. If you want someone who won't trash the place and will actually help keep it looking good, I'm your person. Happy to chat more or answer any questions!

Alca
$300/week•33 year old woman
Hi I'm Alca, currently studying master of animation & game design in RMIT and am looking for a private room near RMIT that could be a home for my last year in school. Ideally form Jul/Aug to next Jan/Feb and potentially longer. I have stayed in many shared rooms/houses/apartments, countless hostels and campsites - know very well how to respect others' privacy and space. I like to keep things clean and tidy and I'm really good at organizing. My budget is maximum 300pw - that includes bills and furniture and any other possible fee. So a room around 250pw is ideal depending on size and location. I'll be needing free parking as I have a car. I'm half extrovert, enjoy socializing but also appreciate time being alone. My daily routine is pretty stable at the moment: full-time studying, casual working in Arts Centre; different gym sessions throughout the week and rollerblading with friends on weekend. I love drawing, watching sci-fi movies and animation, and classical music. I hope my roommates are clean (very important), respectful not only to each other but also to the common area, open-minded and independent. It would be great if we have some hobbies matched. I speak English, Mandarin and some Japanese. I'm currently staying in North Melbourne and can make an inspection within 2 days. I'm looking to moving in late July or early Aug. Thank you very much for reading, replying and reaching out.
