$450/week•27 year old man
Hey! I'm Dan! I'm a 27 y/o Kiwi working full-time as an Engineer in North Sydney. I love meeting new people and having a good laugh, but I also love to chill out in my own space and recharge. I'm super easy to get along with, don't like to bother people unnecessarily, and always keep my living space clean and tidy. When I'm not working you'll either find me at the gym, exploring Sydney, carving through my reading list, or cooking up some good eats (always cleaning as I go). The only hard requirement I have is a parking spot for my car, ideally out of the elements. I'm currently in a fully furnished apartment so could bring some furniture/appliances to the table for a team-up.

$500/week•31 year old man
Hi I’m Trent 👋 I’m a 31 year old software engineer looking to team up for a place around the inner city preferably 20-30mins from CBD. I love staying fit, working on projects, and keeping the place clean and tidy. I rarely drink but don’t mind something here and there especially when going out. Don’t smoke, no pets, no kids, no drama. Would love if you were into business and tech as I have many ideas and am quite ambitious. I’m moving from Brisbane. I will be bringing all my furnishings, fridge, washing machine, couch, tv etc (unless you have a better option). I need an underground car park as well. Would love to have someone already in Sydney that can go to inspections and find a great place for us to grab together. Will be travelling into the city for 2-3 days a week for work and the rest will be working from home. Ideally looking for a spacious enough place to fit a desk for WFH. Best spot would be in a big enough bedroom for both desk and bed. I am not single but my girlfriend can’t move to Sydney for about 6 months, so will figure out the plan closer to then as we will probably be looking to buy something. If this sounds good send me a message!

$400/week•27 year old man
I'm Alan, and I am currently based in Burwood, about to begin my master’s degree at the University of Sydney. I’ve previously lived in Canberra and have experience working in government, but these days you’ll more likely find me with a camera in hand, chasing good light or discovering new coffee spots around Sydney. I also love music, the occasional good book, and a quiet evening to recharge. I’m a non-smoker looking for a relaxed and friendly home environment, something that balances peaceful downtime with a bit of social connection. As a housemate, I’m respectful, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I value open communication, and I’m always happy to contribute to making a place feel like home.

$700/week•44 year old man
Hi, I’m Shan 👋 I’m currently looking to rent: 1️⃣ One-bedroom apartment (entire place) Ideally looking for a modern, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. ✔️ In excellent condition ✔️ Fully furnished with clean, modern, and genuinely comfortable furniture — including a proper king-sized bed with quality mattress, dining table and chairs, lounge or living room setup with sofa or couch, coffee table, and Smart TV. A proper office desk and height-adjustable office chair are a must, as I work long hours from home. ✔️ Fully move-in ready with all essential appliances and items — fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware, and everything needed to live and work comfortably 💰 Budget: $600–$800/week 🔹 At the higher end of this range, the property should include building amenities such as a well-equipped gym, pool, and ideally a sauna or steam room 2️⃣ Master bedroom with private ensuite (optional) I usually don’t prefer sharing, but I may consider it only if it’s shared with just one other person. ✔️ The apartment must be modern, quiet, and well-maintained ✔️ The room itself must be spacious, modern, and fully set up with the essentials: king-sized bed with quality mattress, proper office desk, and height-adjustable chair (must-have, as I work from home a lot). A Smart TV in the room is preferred. ✔️ The shared areas must also be fully furnished with clean, modern, and comfortable furniture — sofa or lounge chair, TV, dining table and chairs — plus good quality appliances. ✔️ Fully move-in ready with all essential appliances and items — fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenware, and everything needed to live and work comfortably 💰 Budget: $400–$500/week 🔹 At the higher end of this range, the property should include building amenities such as a well-equipped gym, pool, and ideally a sauna or steam room 🚫 Not considering: ❌ Strictly no middlemen, sublet brokers, or anyone running room-by-room rentals as a business ❌ No studios, unless it’s part of a premium co-living setup designed for working professionals, with proper shared spaces and a large, well-furnished room, and only if the rent fairly reflects that it’s not a full one-bedroom ❌ No shared bathrooms ❌ No more than one flatmate ❌ Not interested in dated furniture, cluttered spaces, or poorly maintained homes ❌ Won’t consider properties with worn-out beds, old or damaged furniture, or low-quality fittings About me 👨💻 I’m a Software Project Manager and mostly work from home, so having a modern, peaceful, clean, and well-equipped space is really important to me. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I work long hours. When I’m not working, I’m usually on my laptop, watching TV, or on my phone. I mostly get takeaway, but when I cook, I always clean up after myself clean as you go is my policy. I really value my personal space and privacy.
