Looking for granny flat or team up for share house. I will be starting uni in July studying Environmental Science and Will be working part time once I move. I’m looking for temporary housing. I’m unemployed on disability payments, currently exempt from working as I’m working on my mental health. I’m very tidy and considerate, I clean as I go and don’t leave mess in common areas. I’d like to sign an RTA lease and put together rent receipts so I may have a rental history for when I leave. Also, I’m happy to go anywhere from between the Sunshine Coast down to Ipswich/ West Brisbane. As long as public transport is accessible by foot, I’m happy.
