Hello there, We are a mother and Daughter team looking to relocate to the Sunshine Coast around the 1st of June 2025, we are looking for 2 rooms in a share house. Mother, Naomi - I am retired, and very active and like to keep fit. Spending time in nature is my passion. I am currently studying to be a swimming and Aqua instructor. Although retired I feel the need to do something to give life purpose. I have a 4-year-old Maltese X Toy Poodle her name is Jasmine, she is fully house trained and is always at my side, and doesn't bother with other people, unless they have treats. I have references from Jasmine's dog sitters, and I am happy to provide these on request. I own 2 homes in various states which are both rented, 1 is currently rented as a share house. My daughter, Nicole is a legal secretary (currently working) however she is looking for work in the Sunshine Coast area. Nicole is very work orientated and in her down time loves to go to the gym. We enjoy being social on occasions, however we appreciate our alone time and respect others alone time and privacy also. We are very house proud and conscious of keeping our living spaces clean and tidy, maybe even a little OCD. :) We are prepared to pay 1 month rent in advance each for the right fit.
