I’m ok with others engaging in these things in a moderate way. - I enjoy a good movie, however Prefer a home without commercial TV / Radio going. - I regularly get on my guitar and have a sing. - I don’t have any pets, but I do enjoy having pets around and will happily dish out pats and help feed/walk any existing pets in the home. - I prefer natural household products and minimal or no chemical usage. - I’m very interested in eventually going off grid and growing food, working together as a community. - A stable sleep routine is important to me. Bed by 10 and up around sunrise. If there are night owls active after 10 pm every night, watching tv, gaming, music, etc, that's a deal-breaker for me. Payment/exchange I Can pay up to $300 a week and am also open to partial exchanging for music lessons or on a variety of instruments or some garden work.
