About me:

Seeking good sized room in home environment.

Responsible, considerate and kind female looking for a calm and peaceful home. Room would be for myself full time, but would include my 7 year old daughter for a total of 6 nights per month (3 weekends a month only). Massive bonus if there is any spare storage space and/or own ensuite.

I’m seeking a home rather than a temporary living situation and it’s paramount that it’s a safe space and ideally seeking more mature roomies who are progressive and kind. Not seeking a party house, also not expecting a nunnery :)

Close walking distance to public transport essential. All northern/western suburbs considered.

I’m an experienced housemate, and appreciate the etiquette that comes with being a good roomie 😊. I’m friendly and sociable but also value my own space and will keep myself to myself a fair bit. Not looking to take over a lease.

My daughter and I like to hang out at weekends and explore. I’d be home during the week. We adore animals so a house cat or dog (or both) would be cool. We’d expect and be happy to contribute to the household running and helping take good care of your home. I’m a decent cook and happy to make family meals from time to time if that’s of interest :).

I have my own furniture and belongings so flexible on furnishings but also happy if furniture is provided.
