About me:

Seeking large room in home environment.

Responsible, considerate and chilled woman looking for a home for me and my little girl who is 6. (Note: she would be staying 3 weekends per month plus school holidays only). Would prefer not to be in a short term situation. Massive bonus if there is any spare storage space and/or own ensuite.

I’m seeking a home rather than a temporary living situation and it’s paramount that it’s a safe space and ideally seeking more mature roomies who are progressive and kind. Not seeking a party house, not expecting a nunnery :)

Close walking distance to public transport essential, ideally along the Cragieburn Line but all northern/western suburbs considered.

I’m an experienced housemate, and appreciate the etiquette that comes with being a good roomie 😊. I’m friendly and sociable but also value my own space. Can provide rent in advance for the right fit. Not looking to take over a lease.

My daughter and I like to hang out at weekends and explore, and I’d be home during the week. She’s a pleasure to be around, is well behaved and will make you smile 😊. We adore animals so a house cat or dog (or both) would be a bonus. We’d expect and be happy to contribute to the household running and helping take care of any pets you have :).

I have my own furniture and belongings so flexible on furnishings.
