I'm looking for a private room in a 2-bed, 2-bath haven (if we can score that, yay!). My vibe is bubbly, friendly, and tidy (no party animal here, but the occasional outing is needed obviously). I value my own space, but also enjoy sharing laughs and making memories with my housemate.
Here are the deets:
· I'm willing to pay up to $380 a week
· I've got a washing machine, medium fridge, and microwave to make our lives easier (if you don't have your own, no worries!)
· I'm available to move from August 6th
· I need to be on the train line or light rail (no buses, please!)
· I'm open to exploring areas as north as Wollstonecraft but preferably south side of the bridge, as west as Lewisham, eastern suburbs, and as south as mascot
· A pet-friendly place is a bonus (no cats, though!)
