Katie and James

Hey there! We're two professionals both working full time and hoping to move closer to work in the inner west. Looking to rent out either 1x large room or 2x rooms as Katie works from home.

We're both a bit introverted side and not massive party animals, but we love a good yarn and a TV binge sesh with our housemates over a glass of wine.

We're fairly tidy but not clean freaks - as long as the communal areas are reasonably tidy and everyone chips in then we're happy!

Katie works remotely for a fundraising agency and James works as an events manager in the arts sector. James loves his fitness and is often out being active, while Katie prefers to bury herself in a book or boot up the playstation. We both love live music and we're always keen for a day festival or local gig.

We've both lived in sharehouses before and can provide references from both past housemates and landlords. LGBTQIA+ friendly of course :)
