Budget is $1200PCM.
Looking to secure a room from March 23rd.
Would like to sign onto an existing lease for 12+ months.
Open to the inner north or north east.
Looking for a large unfurnished bedroom or
a cosier unfurnished bedroom with a shared study.
A home that is smoke free, party free, queer friendly, left-leaning, away from busy streets, with leafy views.
Happy to live with pets 🐾

More about me:
I’m a passionate, idealistic introvert who works in mental health part time. I’ve been living in the inner north for around two years, and consider it my community. At home, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking up a storm, a whole lot of resting, and deep diving into astrology charts. If I’m out of the house I’m likely at the gym, a library, a book club, or I’ve gone for a conscious dance sesh.

I’ve been house sharing for around 15 years now, so I’m well practiced in prioritising rent and bills, and keeping common areas tidy and clean. I don’t have much furniture or a green thumb, but I will happily share and cook a meal for my housemates, and I’m generally available to care for pets if someone goes away.

I’m looking for a relaxed home for the foreseeable future. Somewhere that I can build caring and considerate friendships with my housemates, but also find peace and quiet to recharge. I hope to live with people who are focused on self-development, their contribution to the world, the people in their life, and a brighter vision for the future.
