I'm looking for an all-female sharehouse in an inner-city location and hoping to find a lovely group of girls to share a home with.

I've spent years living in sharehouses before eventually buying my own house and living independently. I'm now looking to move back into Brisbane.

I'm a Chartered Accountant working in audit full time, with a mix of office and work-from-home days, so I'll need some space for a desk. Outside of work, I love reading, volunteering with animals and dining out. I'm a big animal lover and, although I don't have any pets of my own, I'd be more than happy to live with yours!

I'd also love to meet some girls who are keen to explore the city, try new cafes and restaurants, go on hot girl walks or occasionally get together for a wine and a catch-up.

At home, I really value a peaceful, comfortable environment where everyone respects each other's privacy and downtime, but is also happy to have a chat at the end of the day. I'm tidy, considerate and mindful of other people's space and belongings. I think a cleaning roster is a great way to keep things fair and make sure everyone does their bit around the house.

Ideally, I'd love to join an existing sharehouse that's already working well, with girls who are friendly and independent but also open to building friendships and doing things together from time to time.

I have plenty of furniture and household bits and pieces from having my own place, so I'm happy to contribute or help fill any gaps. I also drive an electric car, so a garage space with access to charging would be a huge bonus!

Overall, I'm hoping to find a home with a good balance of independence, a peaceful living environment and the occasional social outing. Somewhere we can all feel comfortable, enjoy our own space and hopefully make some new friends along the way.

I am inbetween houses right now and staying with friends so my move in date is flexible - ideally within the next month.
