Hey everyone! I’m Akshay (31), looking for a new place to call home from the last week of November.
I work full-time as a Quantity Surveyor in construction—mostly from the office with the occasional day at home.
I love cooking my own meals, so keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean is a big deal for me (always clean up right after cooking!). I’m pretty quiet during the week, enjoy a peaceful vibe after work, and love a warm, friendly house where everyone respects each other’s space.
Budget: Around $350/wk + bills (or up to $375/wk flat rate).
