Hi Potential House Mate(s),

I am seeking a room by the middle
of November 2025, as my current lease is coming to an End. I am currently living in a unit lease by myself on Molle St, but wanting to reduce my rental costs in order to save more $$.

Preferably central Hobart location, even better if location is flose to the CBD with parking availability, as I enjoy walking to and from work.

I am currently working full time in South Hobart in Hospitality, mostly working from 5am till 3:30pm. I tend to be out working majority of the time, as well as spending time with friends or out playing sport.. However when I'm not working or playing sport, I tend to be at home relaxing, meal prepping for the week, watching movies/tv shows, occasionally reading.

Non Smoker.
I do enjoy a wine, or negroni here or there.
I do my best to tidy up wherever I've been, such as common areas and I enjoy the yard work and gardening. With a mature approach to all aspects in life, and respectful of other peoples things and privacy.
